Here you can find all the major events of the Driving Simulation world that might interest you.
The DSC Conference gathers driving simulation specialists from the industrial and academic communities as well as commercial simulation providers. This 18th edition follows that of 2018, held in Antibes, France, with close to 400 participants and 35 exhibitors. Participants came from all around the world from about 20 different countries of Europe, America, Asia and Africa. This year’s edition will be held in Strasbourg, France, with an extended professional exhibition.
Topics will include state of the art in driving simulation technology, research and developments, extended with progressively merging virtual reality (VR) developments. This year program will also give an enlarged place for simulation tools for autonomous and connected vehicles along with advanced driving assistance system (ADAS) applications. Human factors and motion rendering nevertheless will remain the now traditional axis of the conference.
You are welcome to the DSC 2019 Europe Conference organized by the Driving Simulation Association, in cooperation with Arts et Métiers ParisTech and IFSTTAR, with the support of Renault, and sponsored by AV Simulation, Ansys Optis and ASAM, held on September 4th-6th !
4 – 6 September 2019, Strasbourg (FR)
With the cooperation and support of
The Road Safety and Simulation conference series was established in Rome in 2007 and has since then provided a bi-annual platform for researchers and professionals from various disciplines to share expertise and the latest insights in the field of road safety and simulation.
14 – 17 Octobre 2019, Iowa City (US)
The 2019 conference will be held in Novi, Michigan, alongside Automotive Testing Expo, North America’s largest exhibition dedicated to new vehicle development and testing. Over 45 expert speakers will discuss the latest developments in the world of next-generation ADAS technology, autonomous vehicles, and self-driving vehicle technology test and validation. The Autonomous Vehicle Test & Development Symposium is the MUST-attend conference for anyone working on research and development of AV technology.
22 – 24 October 2019, Novi (US)
The ITS industry practitioners (both the technology makers and end-users) are encouraged to present their papers addressing ITS case studies, field operational tests and deployments.
The ITS industry is invited to showcase their products and services. The Industry – Government – Academia Networking Night is the salient feature of the IEEE-ITSC2019.
27 – 30 October 2019, Auckland (NZ)
Since 1993, the IEEE Virtual Reality conference has been the premier international venue for the presentation of research results in the broad area of virtual reality (VR). Similarly, the IEEE Symposium on 3D User Interfaces (3DUI), which started as a workshop at IEEE VR in 2004, has become the premier venue for 3D user interfaces and 3D interaction in VR environments. As of 2018, VR and 3DUI have been merged into a single IEEE Conference on Virtual Reality and 3D User Interfaces, with the short name IEEE VR.
IEEE VR 2019 has become the largest in its series featuring around 140 oral talks, 200+ posters, 35 research demos, and 18 workshops etc. We had more than 1000 paid/complimentary participants and more than 1200 people including those with exhibits-only, press and family passes.
